KALM global delivery

Step 1 of 3

What are you sending, and where to?

Collected from
The two-letter country your delivery starts from (for example GB). It sets which delivery services and customs rules apply.
Start typing and pick your address — street, town and postcode fill in together.

Start with the street address, then choose the match if shown.

Whether this is a home or a business address. It affects how the carrier plans access for collection or delivery.

The two-letter country your delivery is going to. If it differs from the starting country, customs details will be needed before booking.

The parcel
Describe exactly what the item is, in plain words (for example “stainless steel pizza oven peel”). Customs rejects vague words like “gift” or “parts”. What the item is used with or used for belongs in intended use or category, not here.
The real packed weight in kilograms. Carriers re-weigh parcels, so an accurate weight avoids price adjustments later.
Outer box size in centimetres. Large-but-light parcels are priced on size, so measure the packed box, not the product.
The real value of one unit. Customs uses it to work out any import charges, and the carrier uses it for cover if something goes wrong.
